Waikiki Sand Villa Hotel and Waikiki Gateway Hotel have been
balancing market share without sacrificing ADR. Whilst the
other hotels have used the Ecommerce for volume, we have
used this emerging market to increase our ADR. We have
increased our market share from 2% to our current share of
30% and increased our ADR 32% from 4 years ago.
